Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to start the process and receive your RMA number.

• 2.
  Package Your Item

  Securely pack your unused Liforme mat in its original box, ensuring all protective wraps are intact to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
